Initial Executive Assistant telephone screening followed by a thorough interview (and personality profiling) which allows us to assess the Executive Assistant's capabilities and experience, but also understand their motives, and gain a true insight into their personality

Executive Assistant selection through individual assessment by consultants (we know our Executives personally!) as opposed to a database search

Following a successful placement, we offer a tailored 3 month mentoring programme with Company Director, Sarah Howson
